When I set out to do a Necron army I wanted to find a unique hook and scheme for them …
… so I decided on rust. A deep ancient type of rust as befits these long lost forces. I needed something to contrast with the dark rust scheme and my intention to base them in black sand, so I used bright red accents to really make them pop on the tabletop. Very proud of how this force turned out.
This one also got me a mention on the Warhammer Community’s official stream. The color scheme was a hit!
